The hotel has an elevator which is very convenient. Very good location and the staff was very helpful since we rented a car and needed a placce to park it since all the near parking loot closes at 9pm, and the staff offered one of the 2 spaces available for free. They also did our laundry for an extra cost, which was very helpfull.

The hotel location is excellent, very close by malls, bakeries, parks, Varela Plaza, church, clinic, restaurants, and all kinds of little shops. The ladies at the lobby were always available and willing to help me with anything that I needed.

Nice big room at a great price. Nice bed and washroom, large windows give a Nice view from the 6th floor. Decent breakfast served every morning. Super quiet up on the 6th floor maybe not so much on lower floors due to traffic noise. Steps away from mall which has everything your need. Good wifi.

The room was spacious enough for up to three people. There was a closet with hangers and shelving space. Breakfast was served fresh every morning and the maids would clean the room daily between 10 am & noon. I emailed a request to have some forms printed out so I could go get tested for covid before my return flight and the staff were extremely accommodating. There are a variety of restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store nearby (15 minutes or less by foot). There is also a tourist center in the area. Platillos Voladores is right across the street. I HIGHLY recommend it! 👌🏽
